Megno End Carriage helps our customers to fix-and-build their own EOT Cranes with minimal effort. Standard variants of our End Carriage kits are manufactured for reliable and durable operations.
MODULAR TYPE WHEEL BLOCK
Two different wheel diameters designed to match load up to 7 tons (Crane SWL 12.5T for short span and 10T for long span).
Low friction & high resistance to wear, thanks to self-lubricating properties.
Travel wheel tread width: 55 to 90mm
Simple assembly, alignment and suitable for profile section rails, square and rectangular section rails.
END CARRIAGES
Simple installation, bolted design for easy adjustment.
Simple pre-assembly, rapid final assembly and simple dismantling, so, no special tools are required.
Top mounted, semi-top mounted and side mounted with anti-derailing protection.
Guide plate welded to the steel superstructure of the MEGNO end carriage. This plate guides the MEGNO wheel block, simplifies its alignment in the end carriage and is used to adjust the span.
Wheel base for end carriage -125 wheel block -1500 to 4000mm.
-160 wheel block - 2000 to 4000mm.
LT PANEL BOARD
Completely modular type.
Contactor and VFD type.
Required protection type IP54 enclosure for indoor use.
Special purpose crane panels.
HOIST
WE DEAL WITH CHAIN HOISTS AND ROPE HOIST FOR INDUSTRIAL OVERHEAD CRANES.
CHAIN HOIST – SWL FROM 0.25 TONS UPTO 3.2 TONS.
ROPE HOIST – SWL FROM 2 TONS UPTO 40 TONS.
